1. Services

TAG LABS provides marketing automation, AI integration, CRM management, and growth consulting services for businesses and entrepreneurs. Access to certain tools and dashboards may require an active subscription or service agreement.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information during setup or onboarding

Use our systems for lawful business purposes only

Not misuse automations, communications, or AI tools to spam, mislead, or violate any regulations (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM)

3. Payments & Billing

Payments are due based on the plan or proposal agreed upon. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Refunds are handled case-by-case and may depend on service usage and contract terms.

4. Data Usage & Ownership

You own all data you upload or collect through TAG LABS systems. We may process and store that data solely for the purpose of providing services.
TAG LABS retains the right to access data temporarily for maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

5. AI Systems & Limitations

TAG LABS uses AI-driven tools for automations, communications, and analytics. While these systems are built for accuracy and efficiency, users acknowledge that AI may occasionally produce errors or unexpected results.
TAG LABS is not liable for actions taken based on automated responses or AI outputs.

6. Intellectual Property

All TAG LABS branding, content, system frameworks, and automation templates are proprietary intellectual property. Clients may not copy, resell, or rebrand any part of the platform without written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service access if a user violates these terms, misuses systems, or engages in unethical or illegal marketing practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

TAG LABS is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the current subscription term.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be handled in Dallas County, Texas.
